This place was so peaceful and quiet. It's located up in the hills, giving us a perfect view of the mountains 🏞️. It was just amazing.

Extremely polite staff, particularly nice views over the nature, everything is great. The location is marvellous, short walk to the hill as well as an early morning hike. It has a great selection of meals to offer, the food is DELICIOUS.

I would definitely recommend, had peaceful experience here.

Location: the hotel was not far from the "city center " in 15 minutes as well as the trains station...

The room here was stylish and tidy with a beautiful view, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend it to anyone.

This place offers a beautiful view of the valley and is conveniently located near a train station for easy access.

The room had lovely decor, large windows, and all the necessary amenities, including a private terrace and a kettle, with friendly and attentive staff.

The staff were very amiable and the best during the 1 night we stayed there. the inn is in an incredible and absolutely perfect location, really close to all main tourist attractions, the mountain overlooking Ella, and the train station.

I stayed at Guest Inn Avendra for a few days to enjoy the quiet hills and relax. The hosts were incredibly helpful and offered services like tuk-tuk rides and scooter rentals. The private house was clean and had all the basic amenities, including hot water. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the sunrise. The owners provided delicious breakfast and dinner, and they even took me on a guided hike to Ella Rock. a wonderful stay with friendly hosts and stunning surroundings.

My family and I had a perfect experience here, the staff were excellent, making our trip very enjoyable.

The rooms are brand-new, functional, and have large windows, and the staff is especially helpful, so I would definitely recommend staying here.

The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque panorama of the surrounding area. the hosts were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and gave us the energy we needed for our daily activities.

The shower didn't always deliver hot water, which was quite disappointing. the Wi-Fi was quite slow, making it difficult to stay connected.

This place is conveniently located near a forested hill and attractions around here, with beautiful mountain views.

We had a truly amazing experience staying at this beautiful hotel. the room was clean and well-equipped, with a spacious bathroom and super warm hot water. the view from our room was absolutely incredible, surrounded by lush greenery. the hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive, arranging for a fantastic day tour and providing recommendations for activities like massages and cookery courses. the breakfast provided was one of the best we've had in Sri Lanka.

We would definitely return in the future. Cons: Nothing that we didn't like.

Beautiful Location and Excellent Service

The location of this place is absolutely amazing. It's quiet and surrounded by stunning scenery, making it a great spot to enjoy a flask of coffee and some snacks while taking in the mountain views. The service here was also top-notch, making everybody's experience the best. 😊

We stayed at the lovely Guest Inn Avendra for two nights and were warmly welcomed by Imantha and his family. The private villa had amazing views, a comfortable bed, and all the amenities we needed. The Sri Lankan curry dinner was one of the best we had on our travels, and breakfast offered a breathtaking view. The hosts were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The Avendra family's attention to detail and communication made us feel safe and looked after. We hope to visit again someday!
